We believe that a healthy body is the foundation for a healthy mind, and that regular exercise is key to maintaining both but can be achieved many ways. Our site aims to provide resources on things we've tried, researched, or are currently doing. In our opinion, mental stimuls is an important piece of the journey and think a positive mindset and the practice of good habits and discipline can make all the difference in the world. This is why we also share some of the books that we are reading along the way to provide various points of view to help you along the way.

While we aren't trained professionals, we are real people who have tried many things to improve our physical, mental, and overall health that we want to pass along or continue to learn.
